They make thin and thick crust pizza. We had Pizza Del Mar. Friendly crowd! Great food. Pleasant service!

Ate there twice, dine in once, and take out the other. Fast, friendly service, good pizza, with solid crust, in a relaxed atmosphere. Not fancy but great for a quick affordable bite in an area where those attributes are hard to find.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch. We split a 10" pizza which just the right amount (almost a little too much) for the two of us. We got the chicken pesto pizza - it was loaded with toppings (loved the artichoke) and baked so that the crust was perfect.

During nice weather it's enjoyable to be able to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and delicious food. The owner is a very kind man who my cousin and I had the pleasure of meeting and we both informed him that we were very happy with our meals. I would love to visit this restaurant more often but with my current health it's not really possible yet. For those who are reading this review I also recommend trying some of the other items on the menu besides the pizza. A hidden gem! The plates are delicious and well prepared. They have some great pizza! And shockingly good chicken tenders and fries for the kids.

Elias was our server for lunch and did a great job. He was timely and very helpful.

In the face of hunger-motivated homicidal urges, there is only one reliable method of quelling the physiological and psychological discontent: Spaghetti. The question is, when you are young and government bound to attend a schoolhouse each week day between the months of August and June, how do you acquire such a delicacy when the moment calls for it? As it happens, we are released from said prision for approximately 35 minutes per the several-hour long daily toil, although not without proper certification to leave the monitored premises.

Alas, 35 minutes may not suffice for the transportation, ordering, cooking, serving, and eating processes that are associated with the consumption of spaghetti. Confronted with this predicament, we turned to yet another obscure saving grace: ordering ahead. Now this particular process is typically conducted via phone call, but for reasons unknown to myself, we chose another avenue to ensure timeliness. We used a smart phone application by the name of Slice. Through Slice, we were able to contact Allegro Pizzaria and inform them of our desire to dine at the given minute within our brief window of freedom.

To our great enjoyment, the placement of the order was successful, and upon our arrival, we were greeted with two extra-large slices of pizza and a container of spaghetti, warm and ready to go. The 35 minutes of freedom was well spent in the courtyard of Allegro Pizzaria even though we (or at least I) ended up exceeding our designated window. Overall, 10/10. Thanks.

I enjoy sitting outside on the patio when the weather is nice and I enjoy relaxing having good food and watching people walking around the shopping centre. I had pepperoni pizza and it was the best pizza I have eaten in my life. Fresh ingredients and well seasoned pepperoni was really tasty

Wow This place is fantastic! We came here two nights in a row! First night we ordered two pizzas witch were delicious crispy, hot and sauce was awesome! My sons ordered dessert as well, one ordered a small cannoli and the other a scoop of caramel gelato they were in heaven! Second night we ordered pasta, fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and marina with sausage pasta and a kids Bolognese all three were fantastic, the Alfredo and sausage plates came with salads and garlic bread so delicious! my boys also got desert on night two. This time large cannoli and two scoops of caramel gelato. The service was fantastic our server Charlie was fantastic he was very attentive extremely polite and treated my boys like they were family. Good job guys i wish you all the very best!

I'm 95% positive that the owner is Italian. Or at least the cook is. However, the food was hit or miss. Loved their salads, especially the Caprese salad. It had ample amounts of fresh basil leaves and mozzarella chunks. Balsamic was really great too. Then I asked for a calzone, which was not on the menu, and I'm grateful that the cook accommodated my request. It looked good but the dough, which I believe was a pizza dough rolled into a calzone, was not very good. I also tried their panini and it was dry and unsavory. Also I think the grill leaves some quaint taste on the bread. Couldn't really pinpoint what it was.

We had a wonderful dinner last night. The Ceasar Salad was excellent and our pizza was fantastic. We are definitely returning on our next visit to Carmel

We came down from Fresno and I will definitely be going back the absolute top service we hald a large party 20+ people we all loved it and the owner was amazed and staff can't say enough we loved it I promise you won't be disappointed

Great service, although due to Covid we can only dine outside in the cold, and the restrooms are not available either. We’ve tried the pizzas, and they are good! The sauce, cheese and toppings are delicious, however they can still improve their dough/bread.

After passing through and looking what was available nearby to eat I stumbled across this place and I don’t regret stopping here at all. Ordered myself the meat lovers pizza and some cannolis and by far this has been some of the best pizza I have had and as for the cannolis they were amazing. Definitely would stop by again if I find myself in the area. Staff was friendly and the food was amazing.

This is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. This is my 3rd time visiting Carmel and last time I tried rise and Rome and it was terrible and COST WAY TO MUCH! $100 for 2 pizzas and a couple cookies?! The Pizzas were very small and were a flatbread not a pizza but allegro pizza was amazing. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this pizzeria

This is hands-down the best customer service in town. This is also the Best Pizza in Carmel. I like to send pizzas to my spa in Carmel and Gino and his crew are awesome. We have tried the two other pizza places in downtown Carmel and the mouth of the valley. All I can say is they were terrible and this will be our go to pizza place from now on. I don’t mind spending a little bit more to have amazing taste and the customer service makes everything worth it’s weight in gold. Thanks so much for treating my Spa family so great!

Love the place. The pizza is very good and sometimes across the street is live music so you can enjoy your pizza.

Our family went tonight with our very impatient and worn-out toddler and the waitress was so kind and patient. Pizza was great, focaccia was to die for, and ambiance was nice without being too fancy. As dinner went on and our toddler rejected every piece of food, the owner noticed and brought her a bowl of cheese and plain pasta which she FINALLY ate in abundance. They were truly so kind and went above and beyond to help us enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend. Great for kids (which is hard to find in Carmel).

We've been coming here for more than 20 years. The pizza I had today was the best I've ever had. They're still at the top of their game. And the service was beyond stupendous.

I would like to thank again the owners for the wonderful food. Everything was delicious! The order was big everything was ready on time and hot! Also an extra thank you for the personal escort to the house where my son and daughter in law got married.

Ok, so this is DEFINITELY the most authentic Italian style pizza I've eaten outside of Italy! Really good compositions, very fresh and tasty. Definitely recommended!

Best Margherita pizza I've ever had!!! Finally basil I can see. Huge chunks! I don't like tomato sauce on our pizza. It was simply cheese and the best olive oil crust. What a pleasant surprise. A gem in the Barnyard! Lovely waitress.

Staying at the Hyatt Highlands Inn and had Allegro deliver a medium combination pizza during the World Series game. Pizza arrived on time, hot and very tasty. We enjoyed it with a bottle of wine. Next time we are in town and craving a great pizza we will go into the restaurant. Highly recommend Allegro Pizza.

We visited Allegro as it was conveniently located right behind our hotel. Walking in, we were seated at a table next to a warm fireplace. We ordered the seafood pizza and a skirt steak Mediterranean salad. The good is the food is pretty solid and well made. The seafood pizza was loaded with scallops shrimp and roasted garlic on a thin crust. Very tasty. The bad - our salad took a while to come, and found parts of the slices of the steak particularly chewy. We did like the atmosphere and coziness of the restaurant.

Great pizza and good for kids. When we arrived hungry they had free table bread right away. Crayons and coloring for the kids which is always a plus. My favorite Italian beers on tap. Pizza was delicious and served quickly. Toppings were fresh. When my daughter mentioned she loved olives and the waitress happened to hear she brought over a complimentary bowl of olives for her....phenomenal service! So glad we found this place!

One word to describe this place is "awesome". From the second that we set foot through the door we were greeted by the owner Gino. He treated us like regulars even though it was our first time, he also treated or four legged children with love and care. This place is dog friendly inside and out in the patio. It is nice seeing a owner of an establishment show so much passion for their restaurant. Our waiter Dallan was excellent she took care of our every need with a smile. As for the food the pizza was delicious we had their Hawaiian and BBQ chicken. We also had their garlic bread which was amazing. To end the night we had an incredible cannoli Overall this place is great and we will be returning here time and time again.
